Who is this training for?

The OKR Champion Certification (OKRC), known in the OKRmentors curriculum as the White Belt, is designed for agile coaches and team members who want to become the OKR champion within their teams. If you are the person your organization already turns to for OKR questions, or the person who is about to become one, this is the training built for you.

• How to define great objectives
• How to define key results
• How to integrate OKRs in your daily practice
• How to run an OKR definition workshop
• How to run OKR check-ins
• How to run OKR retrospectives
• Foster collaboration and alignment with OKRs
• Tools and reporting

• All the know-how and tools to implement OKRs within teams
• The playbook on how to roll out OKRs within a team
• An OKR Coach certification by OKRmentors (OKRC)

Why this matters now

Most organizations we work with come to the same conclusion after their first OKR quarter: the model works, but only if there is a named person inside the team who owns keeping the rhythm alive. That role has different names depending on the organization. Whatever you call it, someone has to run the check-in, guide the objective-setting workshops, spot when confidence levels start slipping, and hold the retrospective. The OKR Champion Certification builds that person.
