We are the only provider in Finland of internationally recognized OKR certification trainings. OKR Mentors trainings have been delivered in more than 500 organizations worldwide.
The trainings help you avoid misinterpretations of the OKR model and get straight to results. Certification is a sign of an internationally recognized level of competence. And the training itself opens up peer networking.
The content is based on the international OKR Mentors curriculum, which we enrich with Finnish expertise and local practices. The emphasis is on interactive workshops and group discussion.
