Henri has over 20 years of management experience, mostly in IT. Inspired by his own OKR experiences, Henri wrote his first Finnish book Strategia arkeen OKR-mallilla together with Juuso Hämäläinen. In recent years Henri has helped several companies and public-sector organizations adopt the OKR model. He is active in OKR Community Finland and in international OKR networks in pursuit of more competitive leadership.
