With Fintraffic Rail we helped teams see where work creates value. And we did so with the OKR model so that goals guide both prioritization and delivery. We also helped Fintraffic Rail build its own Development Playbook centered on the OKR model.
The Atlassian environment clarifies the structure
Fintraffic Rail uses the Atlassian toolset (Goals, Jira, Confluence). Objectives, key results and concrete tasks are linked visibly to each other through a clear structure.
At the same time we delivered OKR Mentors Professional Coach trainings to Fintraffic Rail, strengthening the capability of those responsible for OKR adoption to lead execution in everyday work.
